Refund policy
For exchange, return, or refund, please write to us at care@omizoo.in within 7 days of receiving your product. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible for a Return or Exchange
- The product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after seven days.
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
- The processing of refunds will occur within 48 hours of us receiving the order from your end.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To raise a complaint for any damage, defect, or item mismatch, please share a video of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened. Kindly ensure the shipping AWB number is clearly visible at the start of the video. This helps us process your request quickly and ensures transparency.
- Please note: For all returns, standard courier/shipping charges will apply.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
